Payment & Shipping
Your payment must be received within 5 days. Please contact me immediately if you require more time to pay or need to make any changes to your order.

Your order will not be shipped until paid in full. E-Checks will require additional time to clear (5-10 Days). I only accept payment via PayPal / eBay Checkout - No Checks or Money Orders please.

All Items include Free Domestic Shipping. If you are paying for upgraded shipping or require International Shipping, a Combined Shipping Discount will be automatically applied at checkout when purchasing multiple items with a Single Payment.

Just add the items you want to the "Shopping Cart" (by clicking on Add to Cart). When you are done shopping "Click" on the "Shopping Cart" at the top right corner of the screen and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. If you don't have an Add to Cart or Basket option, then you will need to sign in to the eBay US website "ebay.com" to have this option.

If you believe that the shipping amount shown at checkout is incorrect, then please request an invoice with a combined shipping discount total prior to paying. In the event that you overpay shipping, I will automatically refund any amount overpaid when your order is shipped.

 Q: eBay shows that my order is delivered but it's not
  A: If tracking shows Delivered but you haven't received it, then check with your Postal Carrier or delivering Post Office, or Property Manager if applicable, and provide them with the tracking and delivery info and have them locate it. If after checking you still cannot locate your order, contact me for help. Any claims must be made within 30 days.
 Q: How do I get the Promotional Pricing shown in the Banner above the listing?
  A: If you see a Banner with Promotional Pricing above the detailed description and want to use that, you must click on the banner and add those items to your shopping cart. When you have finished adding items to your cart, click on your cart at the top right corner of the screen and proceed to checkout. The discount will be applied to each item.
 Q: Is there a lower cost option for International shipping?
  A: I can ship via First Class Mail by "request" only. These shipments can not be insured, as required by eBay and, I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. The cost is about half the price of Priority Mail and can take 2-4 weeks or longer for delivery. Priority Mail is insured and takes about 10-14 days for delivery.
 Q: Why is International Shipping so Expensive?
  A: eBay requires all sellers to insure their shipments. Priority Mail is the lowest cost service that offers insurance. International shipping is expensive and I have no control over the price. In most cases the cost the buyer pays for shipping is less than the actual cost. Overcharging for shipping is against eBay policy and I am in full compliance.
 Q: Do You Combine Shipping?
  A: Yes. When purchasing multiple separate items the combined shipping discount will be automatically applied. If you believe that the amount is incorrect, please request an invoice with a combined shipping discount total. In the event that you over pay shipping, I will automatically refund any amount over paid. If you need a shipping quote, just ask.
 Q: How much is Combined Shipping for This Item?
  A: To Find the shipping cost, if Purchasing Several of the same item, Click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab at the top of the Listing. There you will find a detail breakdown of the shipping charges and a shipping calculator which will give you a total when you put in the desired number of items you want.
 Q: What is your Return Policy
  A: I want you to be happy with your purchase. Most items have a 14 day "No Questions Asked" return window from the date you received your order on New, Unworn items. Please check the item listing for details. If you are past the return window and have an issue with your purchase, please contact me and I will be glad to help you.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Most items are shipped within 24 hours or, the next business day (Mon-Fri) after receiving cleared payment. Transit time depends the service selected and the distance that the package has to travel. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 days from the time they are shipped. International shipments utilizing Priority mail take about 1-2 weeks.

  A: Yes, I ship via International Priority or Express mail service with Insurance as required by eBay.  Q: Do you offer other shipping options?
  A: I'll gladly work with you if you have specific shipping needs. The majority of my items are small and shipped very affordably through the US Post Office. FedEx Ground is used for larger shipments. FedEx Express and UPS are available as well if you require it. If you need a different shipping service please contact me.
 Q: What Size is This / Will it Fit Me?
  A: Clothing is listed by size based on the "Actual Measurements" of the item, Not by the "Tag Size". Since Tag sizes will vary from one manufacturer to another, you will need to go by the measurements given to determine if this item will fit you. Check my Size Chart to help you find the right fit, or contact me with any questions. I'll be glad to help
 Q: What are the Measurements?
  A: All items are carefully and accurately measured. Those measurements are documented right at the top of each listing. If you're not sure about the measurements, or if something isn't clear, please ask before making your purchase.
 Q: Why is the Tag Size Different from the Listed Size?
  A: Clothing sizes are subjective, and clothing manufactures' use different guidelines to determine size and fit. This being the case, I list my items based on actual measurement to give you and standardized size regardless of the manufacturer. It is up to the buyer to make sure that the item will fit using the supplied measurements. Please Read Them!
 Q: Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
  A: There are various shipping options available: Standard, Priority & Express Mail services. Standard takes 3-5 Days, Priority takes 2-3 Days & Express take 1-2 Days.  Q: Sizing of Soffe 610 Shorts
  A: The Soffe 610 shorts are tagged by the Manufacturer in Junior's sizes which run about one size Smaller than the equivalent Men's size. These shorts are listed by measurement in Men's sizes. I list all my clothing based on US Men's Sizing to make it easier to find what you're looking for. Please see my Size Chart for more information.
 Q: How do I ask a question?
  A: To ask a question about an item just scroll down to the bottom of the listing and click on "Ask a question" I'll respond to most questions within a few hours, but it may take up to 24 hours for a reply. So please be patient, I'll reply as soon as I can.
 Q: When will my order ship?
  A: Most items are shipped within 24 hours or, the next business day (Mon-Fri) after receiving cleared payment. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. If you placed an order on Friday, it will ship on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. In that case it will ship on Tuesday. Check you My eBay page for shipment details on your order.

If it shows that it is still in transit but you think it's taking to long, please contact me in the 10-14 day transit window.  Q: What does semi sheer mean? Is this see through?
  A: Anything that is described as sheer or even semi sheer will be see through. Although, the variance of transparency will differ based on how sheer the fabric is. Please take a close look at the pictures of the item in the listing to get an idea of the fabric's qualities. If you need more information please contact me.
 Q: How do I get Combined Shipping?
  A: For shipping service upgrades, or International Shipping, you must add your items to the Cart or Basket and pay for all items with one payment at checkout to get the automatic combined shipping price. If you don't see this option, then you must sign on to the US eBay site ebay.com. Use your same ID and all your ebay information will still be there.
 Q: I don't like the item and I want to return it, what do I do?

If you've changed your mind and the item has not shipped, please go to your My eBay orders page and select "Cancel order" from the more actions menu.  Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  A: I currently only accept payment via PayPal / eBay Checkout. eBay requires sellers to only accept certain payment types and these are the two the I accept. I do not accept checks, money orders or any other forms of payment unless it the item is picked up in person.
 Q: I don't have an add to cart / basket option, what do I do?
  A: This is an eBay issue with some countries. If you don't have an add to cart or basket option, then you must sign in to the US eBay site, ebay.com to have that option. Use your same eBay ID and all your ebay information will still be there. If you need help please contact me or eBay.
 Q: Will you accept offers on your items?
  A: Any reasonable offer will be considered on "Quantity purchases". Even though it doesn't show as an option on the screen, you can always make an offer on an item. Just use the "Ask the seller a question" function and give me some time to look at what I can do for you. Please don't expect that just any offer will be accepted. Please be reasonable.
 Q: Do you give quantity discounts?
  A: If you are interested in making a bulk purchase, (10 items or more) please contact me and let me know exactly what you want and how soon you need it. I'll generally be able to give you a discount in the 10%-20% range off the total price of your order and a better shipping rate, if applicable.
 Q: I'm looking for an item that I don't see listed.
  A: There are many more varieties of items available than I can list but, I'll try to mention it in the listing. If you're interested in something and can't find it in my listings, just let me know what it is and I'll get back to you with the availability of that item and it's shipping time. Many items factory closeouts that are no longer available.
 Q: I don't see an item listed, will you list it in the future?
  A: I try to have on hand the most popular items that people want to buy. If I find there is a demand for something I'll try to make it readily available but, I need to hear from the potential buyers as to what they want. Any and all input is appreciated.
