International Buyers and Imports: By purchasing this item you as the buyer certify the item is legal for you to import, and accept full responsibility for any items delayed or seized by customs during shipping due to any violation. Furthermore, when shipping via USPS, you recognize the estimated delivery time, tracking number, and insurance policy are only good to the border of your country and agree to hold us harmless for any loss or damage occurring beyond that point.

Payment

Payment Method: We accept credit cards and electronic checks via PayPal which is the fastest option. We will also accept money orders, certified checks, and personal checks delivered via USPS Certified Mail. All orders are held until payment has cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been paid within 10 days of auction end. If you need more time than that, please let us know.

Shipping

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping on most items in our eBay Store. Non-qualifying items include orders too large to fit in a single box, warehouses in separate locations, etc. To take advantage of this offer, order everything the way you normally would but do not pay the automated PayPal invoices. Instead, send us an email once you are done placing your order and we will manually send you a combined invoice for everything. If your order does not qualify for combined shipping, you will be notified via email and given the option to pay anyway or receive a full refund.

Free Shipping: Spend $100 on 2 or more items from our eBay Store and shipping is FREE! Offer applies to orders shipped domestically within the United States only.

Destination: We ship internationally on most items. If you do not see your country listed as a shipping option, then we do not ship there.

Handling Time: Orders go out within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed before 12:00PM EST Mon-Fri go out the same day. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason you will be notified within this time frame and given the option to wait for the next shipment or to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Shipping Insurance: Our carriers strongly encourage shipping insurance on every order. By declining to pay shipping insurance at the time of your purchase, you agree to hold us harmless for any loss or damage that could possibly occur during transit. Insured orders awarded claims by the carrier will be offered the option of a full refund or to wait for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost.

Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We forward all tracking information directly to the customer on every order. By checking the tracking number daily, you will be notified in the event of any delay during shipping. Since eBay limits us to 3 ship methods per listing, please communicate if you would like any method offered by these carriers which is not listed.

Returns

Our Guarantee: Our goal is your 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-Day "No Questions Asked" return policy.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: To process your return, simply call our friendly Customer Care representative at the toll-free number below. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and mailing address for your return. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restock fee plus shipping. We also ask that you return items in the same condition you received them.

Cancellations

Right of First Refusal: As a consequence of maintaining a large eBay store inventory, sometimes an item is listed by our auction system which should not have been. (e.g. out-of-stock, inaccurate, against eBay policy, etc.) Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Rest assured, should your order be canceled, you will be promptly notified via email and receive a full refund.

Grace Period: Likewise, you may cancel your order at any time and for any reason until the carrier picks up the package at our warehouse. While it may be possible in certain circumstances to recall a shipment afterward, it will cost extra.
