The price was good, the seller was prompt, and the item was well packaged. The item that was sent looks very different from the photo. The photo clearly shows that the majority of the item is a shade of brass/copper/gold. Instead, it is almost mirrorlike silver/chrome color. I tried to return it for this reason they refused because they put in the "Material" area that it was chrome not gold. Never would anyone think that the material was gold. Material does not equate to appearance.

Buyer obviously didn't know that chrome is silver in appearance and also didn't read the description which clearly stated that it was not gold in color. When I buy anything online, I always read the description carefully before buying and ask the seller if something is not clear to me. If I buy without doing so, then it is my fault. because I would not have done due diligence.
