 | A: Yes, we combine shipping. We check orders frequently throughout the day and combine them as we see them. You can let ebay combine them for you but it usually computes a higher shipping charge. If you have any questions about the shipping charge please ask. |
 | Q: I'd like to purchase the rest of the bolt, if any is left over. How can I do that? |

 | A: Purchase the entire quantity listed and then send me an email letting me know that you'd like to purchase the extra if there is any. Do not pay for your fabric until I have a moment to measure the bolt and adjust your order. |
 | Q: Do you have more yardage than shown? |

 | A: Sometimes. Please ask if you need specific yardage. |
 | Q: When can I expect to receive my items. |

 | A: We ship Monday through Friday mainly through the US Postal system. Orders paid for and cleared by 6pm will normally ship the next day. During sales and holidays, we sometimes need two days.
Please watch our store header for vacation closings. We like to leave our store open for your shopping convenience but shipping may be delayed. |

 | A: For items less than 13oz, we can ship USPS first class mail (3-10 days). Over 13 oz we use priority mail (2-3 days) or UPS Ground. You can always upgrade your shipping if you need an item quicker. International orders vary. |
 | Q: Can you tell me the color of a fabric? |
 |
 | A: Fabric color is subjective to individuals. In addition, it will show differently on different monitors. What I can do though is to take a picture of a collection of fabric for you, so that you can see them in the same light. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, we do. But we are a licensed business and we do adhere to all custom regulations. |
 | Q: Do you offer same day shipping (RUSH)? |

 | A: In general, yes we do. While it is not common for us quilters and embroidery enthusiasts to need overnight shipping, occasionally the occasion arises where we must have an item. Please try to contact us before purchasing to make sure that there will be no problems with the items going out that day. |
 | Q: Is your fabric precut? |
 |
 | A: No, our fabric is stored in one piece on the bolt, with the exception of those listings that say "END OF BOLT" or "Half Yard Set" or "PRECUT piece". |
 | Q: Can I purchase multiple yards? |

 | A: Yes. We sell by the half yard, so to purchase 1 yard, enter a quantity of 2. To purchase two yards, enter a quantity of 4 (and so on). |
 | Q: Which stabilizer should I buy? |
 |
 | A: I offer a variety of stabilizers in different price ranges that will cover all of your embroidery needs. In general, use a cut-away for knits and a tear-away for wovens. Use a water soluble as a topping on knits, towels, and napped items. Use a heavier water soluble for free standing lace. If you have any specific questions, please email me. |

 | A: Yes, absolutely. I am a licensed distributor of the designs that I carry and the creator of the PTDesigns. |
 | Q: What are your store hours? |
 |
 | A: Being an online business, the SHOP is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Support is available Monday-Friday 8-5. After 5 and weekends, the support varies so all you late nighters may have to wait until Morning for your questions to be answered or your items to be combined. |
