Orders are generally packaged within 3 days of receiving payment. Orders are shipped generally Tuesdays and Fridays; whenever we're able to be quicker we are. Payment for express shipping only affects the shipping time, the order will be shipped the next Tuesday or Friday 48 hours following payment.
E-mails usually are answered within 36 hours on weekdays. PLEASE check your bulk/junk/spam e-mail folder for a response. We use a business e-mail account which is often treated as spam.

A shipment confirmation e-mail will be generated from the post office when your shipping label is printed. This e-mail will be sent to your paypal payment address or the e-mail address included with mailed payments. This service is not available for international orders shipping via First Class Mail International.
During high volume holiday shopping (Mother's Day, Back-To-School, and Christmas are a few examples), all listed times can be expected to be 1 to 2 days longer.
