Are your products fresh?
Yes. We sell these products through our web site, through our eBay Store, and to retail outlets in southwestern Pennsylvania from our warehouse in Johnstown, PA. Therefore our inventory is constantly being sold and replenished. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
How much will my shipping charges be?
A Shipping Calculator appears on every product page (at the top of the listing right above “Ships to:” and again towards the bottom in the “Shipping, payment details and return policy” area). All you need to do is (1) enter the postal code for where the product is to be shipped, (2) enter the quantity of items you are looking to purchase, and (3) click on the Calculate button. This will cause the shipping charges to be displayed.
We use the Shipping Calculator to determine your exact shipping costs. Using a flat rate, percentage of your purchase price, or other methods charge you more than actual. We try to be fair by charging you what our shipper charges us – never inflated.
If the Shipping Calculator does not work for you, please send us a message with the item(s) you want to purchase, quantity, and ship to zip code. We will determine the shipping charges and promptly reply back to you.
Do you provide multiple item shipping discounts?
Yes, we always provide a multiple item shipping discount. All products are put in one box, whenever possible, and the shipping charges are based on total weight and distance shipped. We charge you what the shipper charges us - no inflated shipping costs. We do not treat each item as an individual package. Shipping costs are determined by weight, distance, and shipping method chosen by the buyer. All products are shipped from Johnstown, Pennsylvania 15902 USA.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently no. We have found international shipping costs to be very expensive. In addition, many countries add additional duties and brokerage fees. Most customers are not willing to pay these high costs. We are evaluating other shippers to hopefully allow us to ship internationally.
How do I pay for my purchase?
1. From the product page, click the Pay Now button.
2. Provide your shipping information.
3. Review your purchase, including shipping.
4. Select your method of payment. When using PayPal, go to the PayPal site to review your purchase including the shipping cost. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for an account.
5. Pay for the item. If you are paying with PayPal, and click the Pay button from your PayPal account, PayPal sends payment status to eBay, and we are notified of your payment. You will receive an email receipt for this transaction. Upon receipt of the payment, we will send you a confirmation email. You can always contact us for the shipping status or if you have any other questions.
