*  Most items are in stock and ship within one (1) business day.  Orders received on a business day before 1:00 PM ET will normally ship the same day.  Orders received after 1:00 PM ET on a business day will normally ship the next business day.  Orders received on weekends and holidays will normally ship the following business day. 

*  Shipping costs are determined by weight, distance, and shipping method chosen by the buyer.  All products are shipped from Johnstown, Pennsylvania 15902 USA.  The total shipping cost will be displayed prior to checking out.

*  We always provide a multiple items shipping discount.  All products are put in one box, whenever possible.  We charge you what the shipper charges us - no inflated shipping costs.   We do not treat each item as an individual package.

*  Our products are continually being sold and replenished, so they are always fresh.  Occasionally we experience delays in receiving products from the manufacturer and may be out of an item when you place an order.  If this should occur, we will provide the buyer with our best estimate of when we expect to receive more product.  Then the buyer must decide if they want to (1) wait for the product to come in, (2) substitute another product, or (3) request a refund.

*  UPS can only ship to a valid street address.  Orders received with a post office box as the ship to address must be put on hold until we receive a valid street address.

*  No order is too small or too large.

*  Buyer will receive (1) a confirmation of receipt of order, (2) a confirmation of shipment, including tracking number, and (3) a packing slip with the product(s) shipped.

Return/Refund Policy

General Guidelines

*  Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

*  We go to great lengths to insure that all product(s) ordered are fresh, properly packaged, and shipped as quickly as possible.

*  For health reasons, all returned product(s) must be unopened and returned in their original packaging.

*  We cannot guarantee products shipped in the months of May through September or anytime the temperature goes above 80 degrees Farenheit.

Cancellations

*  Cancellations must be made within three (3) days of receipt of product(s).

*  All product(s) returned for a refund must be undamaged. 

*  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.  All returned product(s) must be shipped prepaid.

*  There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned product(s).

*  The appropriate refund will be provided to the buyer within three (3) business days after receipt of product(s).

Product Damaged in Shipment

*  Product(s) damaged in shipment will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.  Buyer may be required to assist us in filing a claim with UPS. 

Incorrectly Shipped Product

*  Incorrectly shipped product(s) will be replaced at no cost to the buyer as quickly as possible, once the incorrect product has been received by The Timeless Candy Source.

*  The buyer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address.  In the event that a product(s) is returned due to an invalid address, the buyer will be charged  either:

    (1) an additional shipping charge to ship the product(s) to the correct address or

    (2) a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

*  Prior approval is required before returning any product(s) by sending an email describing the reason for return to:
