Payment:  Our eBay store accepts major credit cards through PayPal.  Payment needs to be completed prior to shipping.

Shipment:  We ship USPS Parcel Post - UNINSURED. We ship UPS Ground within three days of receipt of your payment and will provide the tracking number to you*. We normally ship to PayPal confirmed (billing) addresses; shipment may be delayed or items may not ship to an unconfirmed address.  We only ship within the continental US.

*UPS tracking info available upon request.

Return:  Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case the item you received does not fit, or you are not satisfied with the item purchased, you may request a Return Authorization #.  Listed below is our product return procedure:

  • The Buyer must call the Seller for a Return Authorization # within 14 days upon receipt of the item.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition with labels, tags, etc. attached, within 10 days of obtaining a return authorization # from the Seller.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied if the item returned is not in its original condition OR receipt of goods exceeds 10 business days from return approval.
  • Returns may not be accepted if item has been worn or damaged.
  • The Buyer pays shipping costs back to the Seller.
  • Refund will be made within 7 days after returned item is received in like manner of receipt.

Customers who need to exchange for a different size or item need to check our current listings and buy a new item, and return the item purchased for refund by following the above proceedures.

We guarantee our product quality.  In the event that you receive a wrong item or a defective product, you need to notify us for return authorization immediately.  We will refund the total of your payment plus your shipping cost back via USPS Parcel Post.  However, the Seller will not assume any further responsibilities due to the mistake or product defect.

Acknowledgement of purchase Terms:  Bidding or purchasing any item at this store signifies that you understand and acknowledge our terms and conditions, and honor your bidding/purchase as a binding contract.
