Brilliant communication on Christmas day when the wrong item was in the correct package. I didn t expect a response but Guy responded immediately and the correct item was sent when the post office opened. I hadn t appreciated that the seller hadn t packaged the item himself and he was just as unaware for a castle model in the trebuchet box. Great customer service and a very nice person.
