| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:All eBay returns must be postmarked within 7 days after items were received. Shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a 7% restocking fee deducted. Products returned to us must be as they were when we shipped them, undamaged, unused and with tags in tact. If there has been an error on our part, we will refund for return shipping. |

| A:We generally combine shipping for items at a cost of $3-5.
Shipping costs for heavier items are determined by weight only.
The cheapest route to combine items is through direct purchase.
Please ask for a quote for combined shipping, to be sure that you know the correct rate for your items. |
| Q:How do I mark my Size or Color for your Multiple Size/Color listings? |

| A:You can either mark your Size/Color in the Comment Box on the purchase page...
or you may send us an e-mail through "Contact Seller".
The Comment Box is preferred, as the size will automatically show up on your invoice, though it is not a must.
Be sure that you DO contact us BEFORE purchase, to ensure that your Size/Color is still in stock! |

| A:We definitely have more stock than what is listed. We generally carry new items from our manufacturers, though have not listed them on eBay.
