the description for this book said “like new”, so i was expecting a book without wear or damage. however unfortunately the back cover was creased and bent. pictues only showed the front cover which looked okay. however as for shipping and packaging, it was shipped out very quickly and packaged very well. if it had been listed as “good” or “acceptable” then the lack of a picture of the back cover would have been okay. overall positive though, i’m very particular about books being in good shape
