Shipping and handling: Buyer pays all shipping charges. If multiple boxes are needed there will be a handling charge on each box. We are happy to combine shipping on items purchased within a 72 hour time period. We recommend that the buyer purchase insurance. We are not responsible for breakage in transit. A check of our feedback will show that we are very careful with our packaging but breakage does occur from time to time.
Customer service and return policy: All sales are final. All of our items (with only a few exceptions) are used, so please be an informed buyer. Ask questions and check out our descriptions and pictures before bidding. We try to be as accurate as possible with our information and are glad to answer any questions as quickly as possible. In the event that the exception occurs and a return is called for it must be pre-approved and the buyer will pay all cost for the return including insurance. No refund will be issued until the item can be inspected for condition on return.
