Terms / Policies
- We accept PayPal and Credit Cards (via 480-361-9410).
- Checkout and payment must be completed within 10 days of purchasing your first item. Payments for orders not received within 10 days will automatically be reported as unpaid items to eBay.
- All Arizona customers will be charged a mandatory 7.95% sales tax.
- We ship from Phoenix, AZ via USPS Parcel Post within the 48 continental United States for a flat rate which is listed in each auctions.
- USPS Parcel Post can take from 5 to 8 business days depending on your location.
- USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) and Express Mail (1 to 2 days) Shipping is offered at additional cost to you. Please call 480.361.9410 for a Air Mail shipping quote.
- Please email us for USPS shipping rates to other locations outside the continental United States.
- We try to ship within 48 hours of receiving your cleared payment (checks are held for 10 days before shipping). You will be notified via email if there is a delay in your order being shipped.
TERMS OF SALE:
- If you wish to return a portion of your order, or even the entire order, please email or call us (480-361-9410) within 3 days of receipt of the product to set up an authorized return to us. Only uncut, unopened products, in their original factory packaging, are returnable. In this situation, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price and a store credit will be issued to you.
- Shipping charges and restocking fees for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Sale, Clearance and Bundle Lot orders are final sale & non-refundable.
- We sell only first quality products! Never seconds! Our wallpaper is guaranteed and backed by a manufacturer's warranty.
- If you are ordering wallpapers or borders that coordinate, we recommend that you do not begin installation until you have received all of the items. Carefully inspect and examine your wallpaper before beginning your project. In the unlikely event you receive defective wallpaper, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will replace the wallpaper free of charge. Where replacements can not be made, we will issue a full credit back to the original method of payment. It is required that all defective wallpaper will be returned to us before credits or replacements are issued.
- Wallpaper measuring is not an exact science therefore, we recommend you purchase an extra double roll or spool of the pattern you select. This allows extra product on hand, in the same run number and dye lot to ensure a perfect match, for future repairs.
- We value your feedback and want to make sure you have a very positive shopping experience with our store. We will always make sure you are satisfied with your order or we will happily give you a refund.
