The Wholesale Warehouse Store Policies:

At The Wholesale Warehouse, your complete satisfaction is our goal.
In an effort to achieve this goal, and to serve you better, we have included our store
policies. Please take the time to read through them, doing so will insure your order
is processed quickly and correctly.

BEFORE YOU ORDER:

While we acknowledge and applaud Do-It-Yourselfers, most of the equipment listed
should be installed by persons who have the proper expertise, license, and
certification to do so. In fact, Federal Law prohibits anyone from opening a refrigeration
system unless they are licensed and certified. Additionally, having a licensed and
certified installer do the work will only help insure years of trouble free operation.

SHIPPING:

We ship to 48 states and can quickly provide you with the cost to ship your order.
All orders are to you fully insured against any shipping damage or if they are
lost in transit, but you must provide us with some important information before your
order is shipped.

After you've selected the equipment you want to order, you will need to decide
how you want it delivered.

1) You can choose one of the following methods:

  • Delivery, Next Day Air
  • Delivery by Common Carrier to a Residential Address
  • Delivery by Common Carrier to a Business Address
  • You will Pick-Up at the freight carrier's terminal in your area
  • Delivery on one of our trucks

2) We also need to know if you need Lift-Gate delivery?

3) Next, we'll need the exact address where you want the order delivered.
(Please no P.O. box numbers, street address only)

4) Please provide us with your telephone number.

5) Lastly, we will also need your e-mail address

That's it!!! To send us the above information either call us at 1-800-240-9883 or email us at
shippingcost@the-wholesale-warehouse.com with the information from the 5 steps above
and we will give you the insured shipping cost, tailored exactly for your order. By providing
us with the information above, we will not only make sure you get the lowest possible
shipping cost, we will also be able to e-mail you when your order is shipped. This
shipping confirmation e-mail will advise you of the freight carrier that will be delivering your
order, the freight carrier's tracking number (aka pro-number), and the date the carrier expects
to deliver the order. We can also have the freight carrier call you 24 hours prior to delivery,
just let us know if you would like to be called.

SALES TAX:

The Wholesale Warehouse does not collect sales tax outside the state of New York.
If your order will be shipped to an address in the State of New York or one of our trucks
deliver to your home or business , we will advise you of the sales tax amount
you will need to include with your payment.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Now that you have the equipment, shipping, and tax cost totals the next step is deciding how
you would like to process your payment for this order. You can issue your payment online
through your PayPal account or you can mail us your payment. If you have questions about
making a payment please call us at 1-800-240-9883.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:

It is extremely important that you carefully inspect the equipment when you receive your
order. Look at each box and make sure it hasn't been damaged in transit. Remember your
order is fully insured, but this is the best time to take care of any shipping damage that may
have occured. If you feel any of the equipment was damaged in transit, simply write:
“Refused, Damaged”on the freight carrier's delivery paperwork and refuse to accept the
shipment. Then call us at 1-800-240-9883 to report your refusal of the damaged equipment.
We will then completely handle the details with the freight carrier and we will re-process your
order for immediate re-shipment.

WARRANTIES:

The Wholesale Warehouse only offers well-known and established brands of equipment
from manufacturers that provide a nation-wide warranty. All equipment, unless otherwise
stated, is sold brand new with the full manufacturer's warranty. In the event that a warranty
repair is needed, simply contact the contractor that installed the equipment. Once they have
diagnosed the problem, they can obtain a warranty replacement part free of charge by
returning the defective part to The Wholesale Warehouse or any of the manufacturer's local
parts distributors. On all manufacturer's warranty parts replacements you will be responsible
for any labor charges incurred in the replacement of the part as well as shipping and handling
of the defective and replacement part.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We will accept returns for a period of 5 days after the date your shipment was delivered.
All refunds will be for the items original purchase price less the cost of return shipping and less
a 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Before returning any items you must receive a RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
number by calling The Wholesale Warehouse at 1-800-240-9883. It is extremely important to
get this RMA number because any item returned a pre-approved RMA number will be refused.
