About the Seller 

AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER: Availability is subject to change at any time. While we strive to keep an accurate inventory of products, our inventory levels change on a daily basis which may result in outages of certain products. If a product becomes out of stock, attempts to contact the customer will be made. When contacted you will have the option to cancel the order with a full refund or have the product shipped to you when stocking levels are replenished, usually within 30 days.

The item price listed does not include shipping charges unless otherwise noted. New York State Residents must pay 8.75% NYS Sales Tax.

 

We routinely ship to continental USA addresses by UPS, unless your registered Ebay address is a PO Box, in which case we ship by USPS. We ship ALL Alaskan, Canadian, and Overseas deliveries by USPS. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground Service if UPS is used, or USPS Parcel Post when shipped via this service. We are not responsible for upgraded shipping requests after you purchase an item and we do not guarantee your request will be conducted as we strive to ship immediately, and your item may ship before your request is noted.

 

We are not responsible for Customs Duty charges collected by Overseas Customs Departments. We are also not responsible for the length of delivery time by UPS inside the USA, or USPS to Canada and Overseas destinations. We have no control over these delivery services. Once we ship the item, we are no longer in control and cannot effect the speed of delivery by any delivery service, and have no means to interject and "speed up" the process.

 

We ship to the address listed in the Buyer’s Ebay Account. We strive to ship quickly, and are not responsible for address changes emailed to us after your purchase. We will ship the item listed in the Ebay ad, and are not responsible for changes to product requested and made after the purchase has been completed.

 

Payment must be received within 48 hours of close of auction. If you win or purchase an item and payment is not received within the 48 hour limit, your item will be re-listed, and we will file a non-paying bidder report with eBay to recover our listing fees.

If you decide that you do not want the product that you received, and the product was listed correctly, you have seven (7) days to contact us for a return authorization. After seven (7) days all sales are final. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price is applicable.

Original shipping charges are non refundable. 

New items must not have been used or have any visible marks.

Used items must be clean and in same condition received.

WE understand that a customer may error in bidding. If you bid on an item and do not want it a 15% re-listing fee is applicable.

Sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If you receive a damaged item please call customer service, and we will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. There are several options available to the customer when this happens. Call us, and we will be more than happy to work with you in order to come to the best possible resolution.

Occasionally an error may occur. WE will resolve the issue quickly once you contact us. If you have received the incorrect product please call 1-315-768-1568 and we will either replace the product or refund your full purchase price including shipping.

Please read condition ratings and item description completely before contacting WE. If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please contact customer service. 

The customer is responsible for the returning product. 

Once received will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error. If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
