Customer satisfaction is a prime concern at Wilderness Garden Mercantile Emporium.  Please contact us by email with any concerns as quickly as possible. Shipping of purchases generally is done on Wednesday and Saturday after payment is recieved. Notification of shipping is done by email on day of shipment and feedback is left. Items are shipped USPS Parcel Post of First Class mail (Books Media Mail) unless expedited shipping and/or tracking confirmation or insurance are requested by the buyer. Additional shipping charges will be required for extra shipping services. For multiple items combined shipped is provided where possible depending on size, weight, and fragility of items.
