 Q: What is "Open Box?"
  A: An open box item is an item that was either on display in our store, used for a short demo, or returned by a customer but still in perfect working condition. Most open box items will include the original box, all paperwork and accessories and a full warranty by the manufacturer and Crazy Dave's Music.
 Q: What is "B-Stock"?
  A: Manufacturers will sometimes sell B-Stock items. These items usually have some minor cosmetic flaw, like a scratch or chip in the paint. Some B-Stock item have been refurbished by the manufacturer as well. Most manufacturers offer the same warranty on B-Stock items and Crazy Dave's Music offers the same return policy on both B-Stock & A-Stock items
 Q: Does the shipping charge include import duties or customs fees?
  A: No. Our shipping cost does not include any customs fees, import duties or VAT taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be paid by Crazy Dave's Music. To find out how much the customs fee will be in your country, contact your local customs office.
 Q: How do I calculate Customs Fees or VAT Taxes?
  A: Customs fees and taxes are different for every country. To calculate the fees for any item, contact your local customs office.
 Q: How do I return my non-defective item?
  A: Non-defective items can be returned for cash or credit at your request for any reason within 30 days. You’re responsible for sending the item back and covering the original, actual cost of shipping. Refunds will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned product. Please contact us via eBay Messages or phone to get an RA#
 Q: Will Crazy Dave's Music combine shipping for multiple items?
  A: In most cases, we can combine shipping if you purchase multiple items from our store. We cannot combine postage for items that ship for free with items that require postage. If you would like for us to combine shipping on your purchases, request an invoice total before you pay for any of the items. We will combine the purchases and adjust the cost
 Q: Do you accept any other forms of payment besides PayPal?
  A: We accept only PayPal payments on eBay. We will accept all major credit cards on our website.
 Q: How do I return my defective item?
  A: If your item is defective, please contact us via eBay messages or phone within 30 days of receiving the item to get an RA (Return Authorization) Number. Please have the serial number ready. Defective items must be returned with all paperwork, accessories, and the original box to avoid a restocking fee.
 Q: How do I return my damaged item?
  A: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us via eBay messages or phone within 7 days of receiving the item to get an RA (Return Authorization) Number. Damaged items will be replaced with the same product if available or we will refund your purchase upon receipt of the damaged item.
 Q: How do I add special shippng instructions to my order?
  A: If you have a special request for shipping, you can add a message in the "Message to crazydavesmusic:" section of the eBay transaction. This is at the bottom of the screen after you click "Pay Now" in eBay.
