If any of our items are proved not to be 100% Authentic we will refund all costs incurred by you the buyer inclusive of return postage costs. If you believe we have not sold you an Authentic Louis Vuitton item please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will discuss the next step in order to verify the items authenticity.


To disclose all flaws, damage and modifications fully within the item description

We describe all of our items to the best of our abilities how however, descriptions are subjective and our opinion may differ from yours. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you wish to ensure that you are completely happy with an item before buying.
We guarantee that any damage, repairs or modifications to items will be disclosed within the listing description. The need for any repairs or modifications after your purchase are subject to your own discretion.
All of our items are stored and packaged in a smoke free environment however, as our items are pre-owned they may once have been owned and used by a smoker.

UK Deliveries will always be sent via next day Special Delivery.
All Deliveries to Europe will be shipped via International Signed For or International Airsure where available.
All Deliveries outside of Europe will be shipped via FedEx at no extra shipping cost, Always Authentic is the ONLY UK seller to offer this service
All items are carefully packaged externally and sometimes internally to ensure the item does not sustain creases or damaged whilst in transit.
All items are packaged in new boxes with new packaging materials to ensure the contents are kept clean and secure on their journey.
