At Always Authentic we have always prided ourselves on ensuring that every one of our items is received safely, quickly and in perfect condition whether it is posted around the corner or to the other side of the world.

We will always -

Stive to keep our postage costs to an absolute minimum, while providing the very best shipping service from the UK.  Our postage costs do not cover eBay and Paypal fees or VAT like some others, our shipping costs are reflective of actual postage and packing costs, we never profit from postage costs.

Package our items to the highest standard using the best quality packaging to fully protect your item against damage in transit.

UK Postage

All our items within the UK mainland are sent by FedEx UK, delivery is within 48 hours and in 95% of cases within 24 hours.

European Postage

Customers within Europe can choose between postage by Royal Mail European services or for a small extra cost FedEx. 

Postage times for Europe with Royal Mail vary between 3-5 days for Northern Europe to 5-10 days for countries in the South of Europe.  Items sent by FedEx within Europe will be delivered in 2-4 days.

USA & The rest of the world

All items to the US are shipped by FedEx, shipping takes just 2-3 working days subject to customs clearance.  The vast majority of our customers in the US receive thier items 48 hours after payment.

Items to other countries outside Europe are also shipped using FedEx. Shipping times to countries outside the Europe vary but range from 3-7 days subject to customs clearance. If you have any questions regarding postage please feel free to drop us an email.

Payment

We accept Bank Transfer, Postal Orders and Paypal from buyers within the UK, outside the UK we accept Paypal only. Alternate payment methods can be discussed prior to purchase. We are happy to provide a Lay-away service, please contact us before buying to discuss terms.
