Cancellations:

You may cancel the item chosen prior to payment by contacting us, we will then file a mutual agreement of no sale. Once a item has been paid for, it can be canceled prior to shipment, and treated as a return with a 15% restock fee. once an item has shipped it becomes the responsibility of the customer to follow proper return instructions (see below).

USA SHIPPING:

*We provide all USA bound packages with a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number, items are scanned only at time of delivery usually.

**During the holidays USPS packages will take longer to arrive.

We have no control over USPS delivery dates.

NOTICE TO CANADIAN / INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

NOTE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for delivery for USPS First Class International shipments. Unfortunately, the USPS does not provide en route tracking or scanning for First Class International packages, we will provide a US Customs label no, which can be found by going to your PayPal account and viewing the shipping information on your PayPal payment. Please be patient as your item is en route and going through the delivery process, we are located in PA, USA.

We ship to confirmed PayPal addresses only. This is to provide us with seller protection.

Returns:

All returns require RMA number, return request must be made by email within 4 days of receipt, item to be received back within 14 days.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON CAT TOYS, CATNIP, LITTER PRODUCTS.

All returns including items offered with “Free Shipping” are credited less 15% restocking fee and outbound shipping charges incurred when product was shipped to you. Goods sent back without RMA, used or damaged by consumer will not receive refund, customer will be given choice to pay return shipping to receive goods back.

Return shipping costs to be paid by consumer, unless item found defective at time of delivery. Credits are issued within 7-14 business days after receipt and inspection.

Exchange of Soft Claws:

Please contact us prior to exchange, note item must be in new resalable condition with all 40 nail caps, glues unopened and package undamaged, we charge a reship fee in the amount of $1.99 per package to be paid prior to the reshipment of the exchange, include a note to what size and color you need and a check or money order made payable to: thecatandkittenstore.com and include a copy of your order, we can also send you a monies request via PayPal for the reshipping fee. please contact us.
