| Q:Where is my delivery confirmation/tracking number? |

| A:Sometimes your delivery confirmation email may get sent to your bulk mailbox or not get sent. Please note that this is only delivery confirmation and will not update in transit anyway. Delivery confirmation/tracking is not available for packages being sent Internationally. |
| Q:How do I pay for multiple items? |

| A:To pay for multiple items, simply choose the buy it now option on the items you'd like or wait for your auctions to end. Once you do so, return to one of the listings and click on the gray "checkout" button located inside the auctions. This will combine everything for you. Please note it may take a few minutes for our system to combine them. |
| Q:When will my item ship out? |

| A:We have all of our items listed in stock that way we can get them to you the customer as soon as possible. Once payment is received we ship out within 1-2 business days. |

| A:For cell phone accessories, video games, and other items you will get an email with the subject The Cell Depot Has Sent You A Package. In this email you will see the Delivery Confirmation #. Please note: This conf. # only updates when the item is shipped and when it is delivered. It does not provide updated tracking information while enroute. |
| Q:Once my item is shipped how long will it take to get here? |

| A:For 99.9% of our items it takes only a couple of days to get there(check our feedback for proof), however due to circumstances beyond our control, once we ship it out it can sometimes take a bit longer. |
| Q:How do I combine Multiple Item orders so that I get the shipping discount? |

| A:To pay for multiple items at once, please wait until all of the items that you are interested have ended with you as the winner. Once you've won them, wait a few moments and return to one of those auctions and proceed to click on the grey CHECKOUT button. This will take you through the checkout process. Please don't use the ebay pay now button. |
| Q:Why buy OEM products from The Cell Depot? |

| A:Be assured that all of our OEM products are bought directly from the manufacturer or from a legit authorized distributor and we can provide proof if need be. We do not sell knockoffs, fakes, or used/a-stock OEM products like may other sellers on the internet do these days. |
| Q:Why isn't the phone you're selling in the original box? Is it NEW? |

| A:The reason our phones don't come in the original box is because we purchase the handset only brand new. We then purchase seperately all the accessories that you see stated in the auction and package them together. Only the accessories that are stated in the auction will come with your phone. |
| Q:Do you provide overnight shipping? |

| A:We're sorry, however unless specifically stated in our auctions, we do not ship overnight. |
| Q:If I purchase multiple items can I get a discount? |
|
| A:If you are purchasing multiple items, if you follow our checkout procedures and pay for all at the same time you will receive a discounted rate of $1.99 shipping on each additional item from us. If you are looking for a very large qty of something from us please contact us and we may make a special auction for you with a better discount. |

| A:Due to the high volume of transactions that we do, we rely on our software to leave feedback for you. Once you leave positive feedback for us, our software program will immediately leave the same for you. |
