Multiple-Item Purchases: *IMPORTANT* When purchasing multiple items from us in order for you to combine them and pay for them together do not proceed to the checkout/payment step for your items until all your auctions have ended and you were the winner of those auctions. This will allow for our software program and eBay to combine your items and apply the discount.
Payments: When checking out and paying for your item(s), please be sure to use our Vendio Checkout button located on your winning auction page. This will allow for the correct and speedy processing of your order. The only acceptable forms of payment are via PayPal or Credit Card. Both types of payments can be made by our checkout button located in the auction. Payment must sent within 7 days of your auction ending. If payment is not received, buyer forfeits the auction and will receive an unpaid item strike. We are required to collect applicable sales tax on all purchases with "ship to" address located in New Jersey.
Shipping & Handling: As you may have noticed in our feedback, we pride ourselves in fast order processing. We have all of our items in stock, therefore our orders ship out very quickly. We mail all small packages via USPS and larger packages through UPS. If you purchase multiple items from us at once you can use our checkout system to pay for them all at the same time. Insurance is offered on some items and is recommended. If you do not purchase insurance and something happens to your package while in transit we will not be held responsible.
Return Policy: If your product is defective or DOA, we will gladly exchange your item or give you store credit. Item must be returned with original packaging and we must be notified that you will be returning the item within 14 days of receiving your item so that we can issue you an RMA#. Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Feedback: We value our feedback and would like to keep you happy so please leave us good feedback when you have received your product. If for some unforseen circumstance that you are not happy, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we gladly work with you to resolve the situation. We hope that we will be able to satisfy you so that we can receive a 5.0 on all of our Detailed Seller Ratings(DSR's).

We respond to all emails promptly during normal business hours of 9 AM to 6 PM EST Monday - Friday. We do respond to emails at night and over the weekend, however the response time may be a bit longer.
