Question: Do you combine shipping?
Answer: Yes, we do combine shipping for transactions finished within 7 days.
Question: I bought multiple items and why the shipping is so high when I check out?
Answer: Unfortunately Ebay’s check out system does not combine shipping for different listings. Please let us know when you are done shopping so we can send you a combined invoice with shipping discount.
Question: I have just made my payment via Paypal, how soon do you send out my item?
Answer: Orders are normally processed and dropped off at the postal office within 24 to 72 hours once payment has been received and cleared. If you are using echeck via paypal, items will be shipped after echeck is cleared by Paypal and it can take Paypal 1 week to clear a check.
Question: Will you let me know when you ship my item and when I can receive it?
Answer: You should receive 2 e-mails from us after we process your order, with the exception of USPS First Class International Mail and APO and FPO locations). The first e-mail will be coming from Paypal with your delivery confirmation number. The second e-mail will be from Ebay with shipping method and estimated delivery time.
Question: Why is USPS First Class International Mail and APO and FPO locations different?
Answer: We can not print shipping labels from Paypal for First Class International Mail and APO and FPO locations, so we will have to pay postage at the postal office. So you will only receive one e-mail from Ebay with shipping method and estimated delivery time.
Question: I have the delivery confirmation number for my package but the status is “Electronic Shipping Info Received” and has not been updated for a couple of days. Is that normal?
Answer: Yes, that is normal. The delivery confirmation service proviced by US Postal Office is not a tracking number so the status is not real time. Postal Office is only required to update the status when the package is delivered.
Question: It has been a few days since you shipped your item, why I still haven’t received it yet?
Answer: The estimated delivery time we told you in the e-mail is the estimated delivery time provided by US Postal Office and it’s not guarantee delivery time. The actual delivery time can vary by location and holidays.
