Payment Details
We prefer PayPal payments. You may use PayPal to pay using a credit card, a debit card, or an echeck.
We appreciate your immediate payment! Please plan on making payment (or initiating your echeck payment) within 24 hours of purchase. Please keep in mind that echeck payments may take up to a week to clear through Paypal.
In keeping with eBay policy, money orders and personal checks are not accepted.
Purchases by Maryland residents are subject to 6.00% sales tax.

For bulky items, we charge shipping and handling fee based on weight and destination. You can scroll down to the shipping calculator near the bottom of our listings. Calculate your exact cost by entering your location, the quantity desired, and selecting the level of shipping service that best meets your needs.
We are known for our speedy shipping! We normally ship within 1 - 2 business day after payment is received.
We are pleased to offer a combined shipping & handling discount for your multiple purchases! Please request a combined invoice once you have completed your shopping so we can adjust your shipping and handling fee. The automatic invoice from eBay DOES NOT reflect our shipping and handling discount.
Our shipping and handling fee DOES NOT include insurance and we encourage you to purchase it. We package and ship safely and securely, and provide a Delivery Confirmation number for your shipment, but we are not responsible for delivery service errors. Additionally, we insure using a 3rd party provider, so you won’t see evidence of insurance indicated on your parcel.
We use USPS delivery services. Please refer to the Shipping and Handling options near the bottom of your particular listing. USPS deliveries include Delivery Confirmation, which means your package is scanned when it's DELIVERED to your zip code. If you require USPS door-to-door tracking information, please be sure to purchase Express Mail service.

We insure using a 3rd party provider, so you won’t see evidence of insurance indicated on your parcel. If your order is lost in the mail, the earliest we can file the claim is 60 days starting from the date of mail and last day is 180 days.
Sometimes a Value Added Tax (VAT) and applicable duties are charged on international purchases. These fees are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to become familiar with your own government’s policies about these fees that may be charged when the parcel crosses your border. VAT and duties may be related to parcel value or parcel contents. We recommend that you visit your government’s website for any pertinent information. The United States Council for International Business is a helpful site that provides some estimates for international taxes and duties.
When we ship international, it is our policy to fill out all custom forms accurately.
We will not put that item as "gift", but will list it as "other" and state only the sale price
of the item as the value on the customer form. The shipping cost is not part of the value of
the item.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the products we sell. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us within 5 days upon receive your item for return or exchange.
Shipping and handling fee and insurance charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. All items must be posted mark within 7 days after contacting us. All items must be in brand new, unused and re-sellable condition in it's original package. When returning an item we recommend you insure the package for your own protection. We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
If your return is in any way a result of an error by The Craft Bin, LLC, we will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the products you are returning. |
