The poster I purchased came damaged because it was inadequately packaged (it was to have come in a tube according to the item description, but instead it came in a rectangular box that had gotten crushed during transit). Ensuing communication with the seller over resolution seemed bizarre to me but eventually I got a full refund.

All prints are safely shipped in heavy duty kraft tubes. Buyer requested a 44 inch print without a border. We had to ship in a cardboard tube to accommodate his special request as our largest tube was 44 inches wide and the end caps would not fit. It is unfortunate it was damaged during shipping. The damage was very minor but the buyer was adamant it was completely ruined and wanted a refund and to keep the print as well.
