I was disappointed to find that the radio did not work. I called the manufacturer to get a replacement battery and that particular size is no longer available due to the age of the unit. I went to multiple websites for the exact battery size with no luck. I contacted the seller and received a very prompt response and was refunded the purchase price and shipping. Fast shipping, I won’t give any bad reviews, but- Some loose threading noted on this pillow; also color isn’t as vibrant as your photos. And not sure why this seller opts for offers when they decline every one, and won’t offer a lower price when the item has these issues. I still love the pillow regardless. Thank you
