| A:Requests to return your purchase for a refund made within 3 days of receipt of item will be considered.Items should be returned with delivery confirmation. A refund will be issued in the same manner payment was received, immediately
upon its arrival and inspection. Shipping charges may also be refunded depending on the
individual circumstances. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:OF COURSE WE DO! We will stuff as much as we possibly can into a box for a flat rate of only $10. It usually holds about 10 shirts or 3-4 pairs of jeans or a few sweaters/hoodys. To take advantage of this deal, please wait to pay for multiple purchases until you have received a combined shipping invoice from us. US buyers only. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship multiple days throughout the week usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday based on need and we will always consider an extra trip to the post office upon request for immediate shipment. Priority Mail to the US takes between 2-3 days. Priority Mail International, out of the country takes about 6-10 days, and sometimes longer. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:All items shipped internationally will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item, unless it can fit into a flat rate envelope ($11.50 Canada & Mexico, $13.50 most other countries). Please contact us if your country does not show up in the shipping calculator. |
