Store policys:

1. We always ship as quickly as possible and will ship by most standard Services. Delivery conformation or insurance is always included free of charge on all orders. We will happily provide shipping information whenever possible (please see international exeptions). Combined shipping is ALWAYS performed even if it is not requested in the sale. We ship  "at cost" with no markup or handeling charge (for domestic purchases). International shipments are "at cost" with only a $1 handeling fee per shipment to cover labeling and customs.

2. All messages are answered as quickly as possible and with care. Requests for other items or customers looking to solve special needs are welcome. We like a good challange! If we don't have an item, we may be able to suggest where it can be purchased.

3. We will be happy to listen to offers on any item we sell even if it is not listed as a best offer. As some of our items are co-signed, please dont be discouraged if we are unable to accept an offer on an item. Unless the offer is a obvious insult, we will always respond with a counter offer.

4. Problems will be handeled in a fair and prompt manner. We ask only that you communicate with us before taking any action. We will always respond within 24 hours. We will be happy to listen to all suggestions, concerns or comments and respond the best we can. If you see a mistake in one of our ads, please let us know.
