While we do indeed handpick authors, books, audio books, CD’s and DVD’s, and we find ourselves in agreement with the general tenure of that author or medium, I, as a person, and we, The Value Trader, L.L.C., do not necessarily agree with every single word, message or suggestion which is presented by a particular author or a particular medium. Although some material might and does have a political undertone attached to it, neither I, nor The Value Trader, L.L.C. have any political party affiliations other than independendly patriotic and spiritual.

Our Simplified Payment Methods 

We currently accept online payments as well as major Credit Cards and eChecks.  Checks and Money Orders via PayPal.  Processing for purchased item(s) begins once the transaction is received and confirmed.

Our Shipping Service

We want to ensure that your precious package gets to you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise stated, all domestic orders usually ship within 1-2 Business Days. Get it Fast orders are usually processed in one Business Day. International orders usally ship within 2 Business Days. We offer multiple shipping options including, but not restricted to:

 Priority Mail (2-3Days)   Express Mail (Overnight)

Our Generous Return Policies 

We provide a 30-day money-back-guarantee on all products, unless otherwise noted.  (New and factory sealed CD’s or DVD’s can only be returned unopened unless defective).

To assist us in expediting your return, exchange and/or refund, we ask that you contact us prior to returning the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received it.  Please return products in the original packaging, include all accessories and a copy of the packing slip.

Please notify us by email or phone and we will promptly issue an authorization to return the item.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
