Q: What does NWT mean?
A: NWT means that the item was purchased new from a store and has never been used. It comes to you with its tags attached.

Q: Do you accept offers for less than what the item is listed for?
A: We do everything we can to lower our prices that are advertised, even offering free shipping. We can not accept any offer which is lower than the asking price.

Q: If I wish to combine shipping, should I pay for my items now, or wait until I am done shopping?
A: If you wish to combine items, please do not pay for anything until all of your shopping is done. Once an item is paid for (or you finish the checkout process), I cannot combine that item with any other item.

A: This can be a serious problem. Husbands just do not seem to understand the importance of Vera Bradley in your life. Lucky for you, your husband just called. He said you can buy whatever you want.

Q: Is the item in the picture the exact one I will be getting?
A: All of the pictures in my auction I have personally taken. However, the exact item you receive may or may not be the exact one pictured. It will be the same bag, but not necessarily the exact item in the picture.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to APO addresses?
A: Due to the hassle and expense the United States Post Office makes international shipping, I only ship inside the United States. I do, however, ship to APO addresses, though please note that these shipments do take longer than normal.

Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: Go to your My Ebay page. Click on the item's title, then click 'View Order Details'. There you will find your tracking number, and you can click it to see the status of your shipment.

A: No, I always have all of my items listed.

Q: Do you offer a return policy?
A: Yes, I offer a return policy. Money will be refunded in the manner paid, less a 25% restocking fee of the item's price (not shipping). I will waive this fee if you are willing to accept store credit (less shipping costs) instead of a refund. Please note I reserve the right to refuse store credit on any transaction. You have 30 days from date of delivery to return your item which must in perfect condition, exactly as you received it (including all attachments). You will be responsible for shipping the item back to me. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return your item for any reason, assuming it meets the above requirements.

Q: Will you let me know when you have received payment and shipped my item?
A: Yes. You will receive many e-mails from me over the course of our transaction. You will receive an e-mail when you win the auction. You will receive another e-mail when I receive payment, and yet another e-mail when I ship the item. This last email will contain your shipping information, including your tracking number.

Q: Can you ship my item using a slower service to save money?
A: Unfortunately not, for several reasons. Primarily it is beause the Post Office does not allow heavier items to be shipped using slower shipping services.

A: Ebay does not allow you to use personal checks or money orders. I do accept Pay Pal though.

Q: I would like my package to be shipped to an address not on my Pay Pal account. Is this possible?
A: Unfortunately this is not possible. Due to Pay Pal's policies, I must ship your item to the address listed on your Pay Pal account. This is to protect both you and me. This policy prevents problems in case someone broke into your eBay account (or e-mail account) and sent me a message requesting a new address for shipping. If you have recently moved and would like to withhold payment until the address has switched in Pay Pal, this is acceptable to me.
