We ship Fridays, so if your item is paid for by 7PM (PST) Thursday evening, then it will ship the next day. Because of the schedule of the work load, friday is the only day that can we ship. Flutes are very precision and sensitive Musical Instruments and things can and do happen during shipping. From experience we have found that if our Flute does not meet the customer expectation, they then they take it to the local Music Store for an evaluation. The Local Music Store has been especially hard hit by the internet seller. Because of low overhead, we can sell Flutes for half what they can sell the same Musical Instrument for. And since we can specailize in Flutes we can do a much better job with their restorations. The Local Music Store tells our customer(you) that everything is wrong with the Flute and it needs $400 to $500 worth of work just to get back at the internet seller(myself) who can't reach through the internet to defend the Flutes condition or turn the screw thats out of adjustment. In this case please don't leave the instrument with the Local Music Store. Just please send it back for your refund. I have had differnet Flutes sent back with parts missing in different cases that were left with the Local Music Store. This puts you (the customer) in the middle of me and the local Music Store. That being said, 95% of our customers are happy with their purchases from us and keep their Flute.
