 | A: When there is a problem with an item such as defect or item not described. I try to describe my items carefully but things happen. Please contact me. We can work on solution we can agree on. My priority is to a happy customer, no complaints so 100% feedback. |

 | A: I don't charge a shipping and handing charge. I try to keep shipping cost down, use first class mail and bubble wrap envelopes on lighter items. Media mail on journals. I also ship free in US on some items. |
