Store Return/Exchange Policy:
The Pro Audio Guys want you to be satisfied! If a problem arises, the best thing to do is contact us immediately!
We stand behind what we sell. We have a 30-Day return/exchange policy for new items:
- If Item(s) arrive DOA/Defective, we will arrange to have your item(s) replaced.
- If the item(s) do not satisfy, or there is a problem, contact us and let us know if we can help.
- If a return is necessary, we can refund for the price paid minus shipping costs, and processing fees.
- You must contact us first in order to do a return.
- Returned items must be in original packaging complete with all accessories.
- Missing packaging/accessories will result in restock fees, and/or possible refusal of return.
- Items damaged by customer cannot be returned.
- Software cannot be returned.
- Due to health standards, items that go in ears or in front of mouth may not be eligible for return.
No products can be returned without authorization. We pack your items
safely and securely before shipping them out. It is however possible
that shipping damage can occur. Always inspect your shipment for obvious
damage before signing the shipping release. You may request, in the
shippers presence to open the box to inspect it for concealed damage. In
the event shipping damage does occur, please contact us and we will
help you get your products replaced. As soon as we receive the damaged
product(s), we will ship out a replacement(s).
No products can be returned without authorization. If a new product
arrives and is defective within 30 days after the delivery date to you
we will replace the product with another new unit. We try to keep all
items in stock at all times, however, if another new unit is not
available, you will be contacted and told how long to expect before a
replacement can be made. If a new product becomes defective after the 30
day period then you must resolve the matter through warranty repair
with the manufacturer.
If items are returned that are no longer in new condition or are missing
accessories, manuals, and boxes, there will be either a 25% restocking
fee charged or the item will be refused and returned to you.
If you have a defective product please contact us so we can expedite the
process and get you your replacement as soon as possible. Once you have
established communication with us, you will receive a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) that you must submit with the return, before
returning the package. All packages that are sent to us without proper
authorization will be refused and sent back to sender.
No products can be returned without authorization. If you would like to
return a product that is not defective, for all other reasons, the
item(s) must be returned within the 30 day from purchase return period.
You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) before
returning the product (no products can be returned after 30 days). If
an exchange is requested, please contact us and let us know the items
and reasons why you want to exchange. Exchanges will be handled on a per
case basis. Please contact us for more details. All returned items are
subject to a 15% restocking fee for refunds. Once the product arrives
back to us, we will ship out your exchange items/or process refund less a
general 15% restocking fee. If items are returned that are no longer in
new condition or are missing accessories, manuals, and boxes, there
will be either a 25% restocking fee charged or the item will be refused
and returned to you.. All packages that are sent to us without proper
authorization will be refused and sent back to sender.
1. Contact us first. Give us the
opportunity to help you with your product and make sure you understand
the product itself and our return policies. Keep in mind that all
products sent without proper authorization (RA#) will be refused and
sent back and will only cause delays in processing your return.
2. Include Everything. If we
find that a return is necessary, you must include all original
packaging, accessories (power adapters, cables, bulbs, windscreens,
etc.) and paperwork (owner's manual, warranty card, etc.). Please do not
write on the box, manual, or warranty card until certain you will keep
this purchase. Include a copy of the receipt and clearly indicate your
reason for returning, and clearly put the RA# on there as well.

Please Include your original receipt with attached RA# we provided you,
inside the box. You can simply write the RA# on the receipt or a
separate piece of paper and put it in the box.
4. Repack, double box, and insure! You are responsible for merchandise
until it safely reaches our warehouse. To protect your return please:
Repack items using all original packing materials. It is a good idea to
double box your shipment to prevent damage. If your return is damaged in
shipping due to poor packaging we will not accept the return for a
credit of any type. Insure for the full value of your purchase. Write
the Return Authorization # on the shipping label. Don't forget to keep
your tracking number!
Customers can pay with Paypal or Credit Card. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Customers are
required to have their billing and shipping addresses be the same
address. They must be confirmed addresses with Paypal or your Credit
Card Company. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or item
will be re-listed, and transaction cancelled. If you have any questions

We Combine Shipping if you purchase multiple items!
Before you pay, click “Buy-It-Now” on all items. Then click “request an
invoice” so we can modify and apply a shipping discount. Some items may
not be eligible for shipping discounts.
Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. (Some larger items may require additional packaging time to ensure safe travel).
Domestic Shipments are made with USPS or FedEx Ground (FedEx Ground is lower 48 USA only).
FedEx will not ship to PO boxes.
If an item is required to ship with FedEx Ground, a physical address
will be needed to complete shipment. If it is not required, USPS will be

Please be aware that only FedEx Ground and USPS Express have real-time
tracking. Other USPS services will have a delivery confirmation/ID
number. Note: First Class Mail/First Class International Mail services

"Free Shipping" is available to continental USA only (Lower 48 States), unless otherwise stated in the description. Please Use the Shipping Calculator to determine shipping costs or contact us.
International shipping is with United States Postal Service (USPS). It is the most affordable service, and is reliable.
Not all items are available for International shipping. If you are not sure if the item of interest is available to ship to your country, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Buyer is responsible for any and all
Duty Fees, Customs Fees, and/or Taxes that your country may charge you
upon receipt of your item. Most Countries do charge some type of
fee to the buyer when they bring in merchandise through customs. We are
NOT responsible for these charges; it is the buyers’ sole
responsibility. Please contact your local postmaster/authorities for
more information on such fees. Items will be shipped at the actual value
paid. We cannot alter values of shipments for any reason when shipping
internationally, it is against the law.
All electronics with included power supplies have 110v-120v power supplies.
If you are purchasing for overseas use, you may need a different power
supply or power converter. These are very inexpensive items that will
convert the voltage for use in your country.

manufacturer’s warranty/support when you purchase from our store.
