PLEASE READ EBAY POLICY FOR PAYMENT DETAILS.


***PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED within 4 days of winning your item. Our settings for payment coincide with the eBay's automated system policy for UPI's. Items not paid for withing 4 days will be relisted/recycled.

***INSURANCE--Some items (costly) will have insurance included in the price of shipping and handling. 

***Please contact us if you cannot pay immediately. 

***After you have paid we will ship your item within 2 BUSINESS days. Please check for the tracking number for your shipment by going to "my eBay" and then to items "won" -- you will see the new tracking information from eBay there.

***Some of our "lots" will have a flat shipping fee. Do not bid if you do not agree to this shipping cost. NO COMBINED SHIPPING or SHIPPING DISCOUNTS for more than one item/purchase.

**We reserve the right to ship your item in the BEST WAY WE SEE FIT. We DO NOT ship Parcel Post. UPS may require your signature for delivery and IS NOT available for P.O. Boxes. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS ON ANY SHIPPING COST--our costs include packing materials and handling fee and sometimes insurance. NO EXCEPTIONS.

***Media mail and First Class mail with USPS can take longer sometimes--CHECK YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION TO SEE WHEN  IT WAS SHIPPED AND WHERE IT IS IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS AFTER PAYING. We ship USPS Media for books-CD's-DVD's unless buyer wants it faster than 9 shipping days ASK for faster shipment (cost is more)  -- We do NOT ship Parcel Post because it takes  longer and shipments are not handled as carefully. Do not ask for PP shipping.

Media Mail

Media mail can take up to 9 days till it reaches your front door. Contact us if you wish to use another shipment option.

 PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND CONFIRMED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESS CHANGES.

Items that could not be delivered and return (after being at the post office for two weeks available for pick up) will be kept for two weeks waiting for a response from the buyer. The buyer will have to pay full shipping again if he or she wants the item shipped again. Do we not hear from the buyer we assume the buyer doesn't want the item. We will refund the money for the item price only (excluding shipping cost) and file a non-paying bidder in order to get our fees refunded.

IF WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE-CONTACT US within 3 days of delivery! (we can see delivery date in ebay tracking) THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED JUST AS YOU RECEIVED IT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE ITEM.
