    Are your products genuine?
    Yes, we only sell new, sealed factory original Region 1 DVDs and Region A Blu-ray titles from the manufacturer.

    What do you mean by a Region 1 DVD or a Region A Blu-ray title?
    DVD and Blu-ray discs are encoded differently in different markets around the world. The standard for the USA and Canada is called Region 1 for DVD and Region A for Blu-ray. When we say that we sell Region 1 DVDs and Region A Blu-ray titles, we are confirming that we sell products that have been legitimately manufactured for sale in the USA and Canada, and that they will play on players sold in the USA and Canada.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Can I pay with a credit card?
    I am sorry, but we do not accept credit cards directly. You may arrange to use your credit card with your PayPal account, and pay with your credit card through PayPal.

    I paid with PayPal a few days ago and I haven’t heard anything. What is happening?
    Nearly all PayPal payments we receive are instantaneous, when paid with funds from your PayPal account or credit card. However, if you pay through PayPal using the echeck method, PayPal requires several days to clear the payment before the funds are actually delivered to us, at which time your order will ship. During the period while it is clearing, your payment will show in your PayPal account as pending, and it will advise the date which it will clear. Please contact us if you experience any trouble.

    (Pennsylvania residents) Why do you charge 7% Pennsylvania sales tax? Where I live it is only 6%.
    We are based in Pittsburgh (Allegheny County), where there is an additional 1% state sales tax surcharge, for a total of 7%. We are required to collect 7% for shipments to all Pennsylvania addresses, which we remit to the state.

    How does the shipping discount work?
    If you purchase more than one item from us to ship together to the same address, you may deduct $2 from the shipping charge of each additional item after the first one. The final shipping charge cannot be less than zero.

    The best way to obtain the shipping discount is to use the eBay checkout system; it will provide the discount automatically if you check the items out together. Or you may request an invoice from us, and we will send a combined invoice for all purchases shipping to the same address, providing the shipping discount. Please

    Are your items for sale in stock? When will they ship?

    How can I determine the delivery status of my order?
    We provide free delivery confirmation tracking with every order. We will email you the tracking number at the end of the day that your order ships. In rare cases, your spam filter may block this email. Please contact us if you have trouble tracking your order.

    I have clicked on the link in the email (or entered the tracking number at usps.com), and USPS says that they may not have received the package. What is happening?
    In rare cases, USPS may be negligent in scanning the tracking barcode upon picking up the package. This produces a default message on USPS.com acknowledging that the tracking number has been generated, but not acknowledging receipt by USPS, and it indirectly implies that perhaps the package did not ship. If this occurs, please be assured that your order did indeed ship. Usually the tracking information shows up when the package arrives at the destination distribution center.

    If you still do not see anything on the tracking after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. We guarantee every order.

    Why don’t you offer postal insurance? I am worried that my order will get lost or damaged in transit.
    We personally guarantee the safe arrival of your shipment, saving you the added expense of postal insurance charges. If your item is lost, damaged, or defective, we will replace it at our expense. Please see our feedback for assurance.

    From where do you ship?
    Every item is in stock and ships from our Pennsylvania warehouse.

    To where do you ship?
    We offer US Postal Service shipping to USA and Canada addresses from our Pennsylvania warehouse. In addition to the continental USA, we ship to APO / FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all US territories for the USA shipping cost, but delivery times will take longer. Delivery confirmation is not available for APO / FPOs.

    Can you ship to a special address for me?
    If you need your item shipped to a special address that is not your eBay address, please contact us and we will happily accommodate you. We also offer this service for eBay members outside of the USA and Canada who wish to ship to a USA or Canada address; please contact us.

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered? (United States) Every item is in stock at our warehouse and ships the next business day if paid by 8 PM Eastern time. We offer USPS Media Mail and USPS Priority Mail; please see individual sale items for shipping and handling charges. Most orders of one, single disc DVD will automatically upgrade from Media Mail to First Class Mail at no extra charge.

    USPS Media Mail (1-2 weeks): Delivery times for Media Mail depend upon the distance from our Pennsylvania warehouse, and can be unpredictable. Delivery times to the eastern USA are usually one week or less; central USA may take longer than one week, and delivery times to the west coast may take up to two weeks.

    USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days): Delivery times for Priority Mail average 2 to 3 days within the continental USA.

    For APO / FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories, delivery times will take longer than those stated above.

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered? (Canada)
    Every item is in stock at our warehouse and ships the next business day if paid by 8 PM Eastern time. We ship to Canada via USPS First Class Mail International (formerly known as Air Letter Post). Delivery times may take one to three weeks and can be unpredictable. Orders to Canada totaling four pounds or more will automatically upgrade to Priority Mail International, at no additional cost.

    Can you mark my item as a gift on the customs form or indicate a value less than the purchase price? (Canada)
    I am sorry, but for shipments to Canada we are required by law and eBay rules to attach a customs form specifying the full purchase price.

    Can you ship via overnight delivery?
    I am sorry, but at this time we do not offer overnight delivery.

    What is your guarantee?
    We guarantee every item 100%: if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will provide a complete refund or a replacement.

    My order arrived damaged OR I am having a problem playing it.
    All of our items are genuine, new and sealed from the manufacturer. Nonetheless, in rare cases, a product may be defective. Our courteous and experienced staff professionally packages every order to protect against damage in transit, and we inspect all items before packaging. But damage may occur in transit.

    If you have a problem, please
    contact us, providing the eBay listing number and the product title. We will immediately ship you a replacement. For USA addresses we will enclose a prepaid return shipping label to return the defective item. For Canada addresses we will ship you a replacement, provide instructions to return the defective item, and reimburse you for return postage.

    When I received my order, one or more of the discs were loose and sliding around inside the packaging, and they are scratched.
    In rare cases, discs may fall off of their retaining hubs during transit. If this occurs, we recommend playing it first. If they do not play correctly, or if you are just unhappy that the discs are scratched, we will gladly replace your item. Please follow the procedure noted above.

    I would like a refund.
