Do you allow items to be returned?

Yes. ThisTexan prides itself on having satisfied customers!  We want you to be happy with your item and with our service. If you need to return an item, we offer a money-back return policy.

• If a refund is in order, we will refund your purchase price.

• If we made a mistake in the listing, in your order, or shipped you the wrong item, we will also refund any shipping and insurance fees that you paid.

• If you simply decided that you do not want the item, we will accept the return of any unopened, unused item. Simply notify us within 7-days of your receipt of the item.  We must receive the item back within 30-days of having shipped it to you. Shipping and insurance fees are not refunded.

• We recommend that you insure your item when you return it, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage while in transit.

Who pays for return shipping?

• The buyer returning the item pays.

• In the unlikely event that we shipped you the wrong item, we will refund all your shipping costs upon the return of that item and the inspection of that item.

How quickly do you ship?

• We ship Monday through Friday (except for postal holidays)

• We ship 99.9% of all orders within 24-hours of receiving payment (or after your check or money order clears if you paid by check or money order).

• Should there be an unforeseen delay in shipping, we will promptly notify you about the delay and advise you when your item will be shipped.

Can you mark my international shipment as a gift?

No. We must follow the law. Customs declarations will be filled out correctly.

Do you have any free shipping?

We do not offer free shipping on any eBay items. However, on some items, such as novelty money, you only pay one shipping charge for all the novelty money you want. Just be sure you pay for all novelty money in one combined payment! On most other items, you can receive reduced shipping costs on multiple items if you combine your payments into one. Do you have shipping insurance?

At checkout, you will have the opportunity to purchase low-cost third-party insurance to protect your entire order against loss or damage. We recommend that you consider this option as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
