Although the item had a minor defect, the seller was apologetic and very quick and responsive to my return request and I believe how a seller handles returns is just as important as how a seller handles purchases. I also received the item quickly and wrapped up very nicely. Nobody is perfect and we miss things sometimes, as they told me they weren’t aware of the defect. Overall, this is a great seller!

Unfortunately the jersey only arrived on 3/8/24 after being ordered on 1/30/24. However it was as not the fault of the seller. They shipped it out on 1/30/24 and somehow the USPS messed it up.
Paul was great during the process, and even refunded my money. He wouldn’t even take back the payment after the jersey finally arrived. More sellers can and should be like Paul. Thank you Paul!!
