1. Shipping & Handling | |
Shipping Rates
All orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Connecticut via either USPS or UPS. In all instances an email notification will be sent once your item has shipped. For larger (heavier) orders, your package will ship with UPS and a tracking will be provided. With USPS, a delivery confirmation number is provided. This cannot be used to track your order. We ship items everyday are not responsible for postal delays, notably during the holidays. We charge a flat fee shipping rate for both Domestic and International orders. All rates are noted in the auction page along with combined and free shipping specials. Insurance is optional on all orders.

Methods of Payment
PayPal is our preferred method of Payment. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. US Buyers can also send Money Orders. Please make check payable to "Thomas and Toys" and note the item number(s)on the money order to expedite processing. International Buyers must pay through PayPal. This is your only payment option. |

Payments and Combined Shipping
We request payment no later than 7 days from your first auction win or store purchase. We encourage buyers to combine items to save on shipping, but ask that you let us know if you are going to exceed our 7 day limit. Once you are done shopping, please combine your items through the eBay check-out or email us for a combined invoice. |

We charge sales tax for Connecticut residents only (6%).

Broken Item Policy
We have over 10 years of shipping experience. Your order will most likely arrive unharmed. However, there are still instances (very infrequent) that an item will arrive broken. For this, we strongly recommend that buyers insure packages. |
