| A:No, we only ship to the address registered with Ebay. This way both Buyer an Seller will be protected under the EBay Buyer Seller Protection Plan. See Help Tab for details. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We combine only unpaid multiple purchases which occur within 7 days of the first transaction. After 7 days a new invoice will be started. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship within 3 days of receiving payment, items should arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS priority service within the US. Arrival times for International shipping cannot be specified. |

| Q:What should I do if I accidently bid on the wrong item? |

| A:We ask that Buyers retract their bids as soon as possible. We do not cancel this type of bid, so it is the buyer's responsablity to read carefully before bidding. |
