We will send POSITIVE feedback to our Buyers upon receiving their positive feedback. We have opted to leave no feedback for Buyers who leave Neutral or Negative feedback without attempts for resolution before they leave their feedback. In turn we would like to outline the importance of the Feedback we receive as Sellers. Ebay has instituted NEW Feedback Policies as of May 19, 2008. Sellers who maintain a Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) of 4.8 stars will receive a discount in listing and Final Value fees. This discount will translate into keeping our prices low to our valued customers, as it has ALWAYS been our belief that low prices on our side means lowest prices possible passed on to our customers.
So in that vein, we urge our Customers to inspect their purchases immediately upon receipt and if there is ANY problem whatsoever, to PLEASE email us BEFORE leaving feedback so that we may mutually resolve concerns. Customers who are satisfied with their purchases are urged to relate that satisfaction in the DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) module leaving 5 stars in all categories. |
