We are happy to combine all UNPAID items purchased within a 7 day period of your first winning auction. Purchases made after this 7 day time frame will be combined on a new invoice and will not be eligible to be combined with your first group of items. Shipping is then based upon the actual weight of items purchased and all handling fees will be waived. On large items, the dimensions of items purchased determine USPS rates. Our handling fee will be waived on multiple items as a SAVINGS to you! NOTE: The Ebay invoicing system prohibits us from combining paid with unpaid items, so if you are planning to make multiple purchases, please wait to pay until you are ready for final checkout. At that time we will send you one combined and discounted invoice from which to pay.
Shipping Calculator: Now both US and International Bidders may use the Shipping Calculator to determine shipping fees before bidding! International Bidders should know that we have no control over delivery times or duty fees, if any. Please do not ask us to mark an item as a “Gift” or alter the amount paid in order to avoid paying duty. We are responsible for reporting our transactions truthfully and do so.
Payment: Payment is due within 4 days of auction's end, unless you have notified us of multiple purchases in which case your payment due date will be extended by 3 days, for a total of 7 days until payment is due.
Shipping: We use United States Postal Service Priority, AND WHEN POSSIBLE USPS FLAT RATE BOXES AND ENVELOPES. UPS Ground(when a large parcel is involved AND delivery is within the US). We also will rebate shipping if we can save our Buyers any money at all on shipping! We ship within 3 days of receiving payment and you will receive an automated email once the item ships along with the Delivery Confirmation number. If you have email filters in place please check your bulk mail folder for these notices before requesting shipping status, or check your eBay message area for this notification.
Returns:NO CASH REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RECEIVED AS DESCRIBED~ NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION which may be obtained by emailing us. All returns MUST be made within 7 days of delivery to you, NO EXCEPTIONS, so please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives! For items received as described, a store credit of the final purchase price less shipping and handling plus a 10% restocking fee will be issued. No restock fee will be charged for any item being returned for like exchange. Buyer is responsible for properly packaging and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon.
