Q. When will I get my order?

A: Check our feedback- we are known for our super fast shipping!
Most orders ship out in 1-2 days, unless it is a custom design item. All items are sent by USPS from Jacksonville, FL 32223. All US shipments come with delivery confirmation.
* 1st Class Shipping: 4-6 days
* Priority: 2-3 days
* Express: Usually 1 days, but some areas will take 2. You can check your zip at
www.usps.com for overnight delivery availability
* 1st Class International: 10-14 days
* Priority International: 7-10 days
* Express International: 3-5 days
 
Q. How do I track my order?
A: All US 1st class and priority shipments include USPS delivery confirmation. This provides some tracking, but usually only updates on actual delivery. It confirms delivery, not package progress. Express shipments include full tracking and insurance.You should get an automatic e-mail through the paypal shipping system with your shipping information. You can also e-mail us for details, as sometimes the shipping e-mail is marked as spam.
International shipments do not come with tracking, except on express shipments. We do provide you with the customs form number, which can assist in locating a package.
 
Q. What are your shipping costs?
A: On eBay, we are able to accurately price each item individually based on it's weight and destination. Our shipping prices are not inflated to make up for lower cost items. The 1st classes prices are higher than you might expect because the items are sent 1st class parcel service plus delivery confirmation, which is higher than 1st class letter service and there is a extra charge for the confirmation service. International shipments are usually about $1 over actual price to make up for the extra work of customs forms and trip to the post office.
 
Q. Do I need insurance?
A: Insurance is optional, but recommended. You can only file a claim for lost or damaged mail on an insured item. If the post office has delivered your package and scanned it, and it shows as "delivered" in the postal system, then we consider it delivered. We will only re-send items if it shows it was not delivered. Please double check your ship-to address when sending payment. Not responsible for lost of stolen items once it has been scanned and delivered by the post office. You can check your delivery status at any time by returning to the auction page and clicking on the tracking link. That said, out of the 1000's of orders we have shipped, not one has been lost. 
 
Q. Can you guarantee I will get my order by a certain date?
A: The only guaranteed shipping method is USPS Express. All other shipping times are an estimate. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us and we will let you know if it will make it in time. 
 
Q. Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, if you buy more than one item from us, your total will automatically be combined. Depending on the size of the item, multiple purchases will be .50 to 1.00 extra. When you purchase an item, click "continue shopping," then when you are done, the total will be combined. If you accidentally pay for shipping twice, we will refund the over charge.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, on most items. Please note i
mport duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs (if any) will be prior to bidding/buying.


 
Ordering
 
Q. What is your return policy?
A: Unless otherwise stated in the auction, all unopen and unworn items are returnable within 3 days. Custom made costumes are not returnable for a refund, but are returnable for free alterations. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must get back to us in the same condition we sent it, so please pack carefully if neccessary.
 
Q. How long do I have to pay for an item?
A: Please pay for your item within 5 days. If we receive no response or payment after 7 days, a non paying bidder dispute will be filed and your item will be re-listed. We are happy to hold items for you if need be, just please let us know.
 
Q. Can I request another size or color?
A: Yes, on store listings only, or where it is expressly stated in the listing that you have the option. To request a change, you must send a note with payment. Paypal gives you the option of including a note. You may also contact us directly. Please note that we ship fast, so you must send it asap if you want to make changes before your order ships.
 
Q: Can I pay with a check or money order?
A: Due to new eBay regulations, check or money order puchases can now only be done through our regular website

Q: How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A: If it is in our eBay store or listed in an auction, it is 99.9% going to be in stock. The only exception would be if the item got damaged somehow, or somebody bought it from the store before it sold online.
 
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, we currently charge a 7% to sales for orders shipped to FL only
 
Q: Can I place an order online and pick it up at your store?
A: Yes, all items are available for pick-up at the boutique
 
 
General Questions
 
Q: Why did I not get a response from my e-mail sent through eBay?
A: Please check your bulk mail or spam folder! We reply to each and every e-mail, but many times it will end up in the wrong place. Unless you sent the e-mail through your own e-mail system, you can also check you e-mail through the eBay website and should find our reply there.
 
Q: Why have you not left me feedback yet?
A: We try to leave feedback for all our customers that leave feedback for us. If we have missed leaving feedback for you, just send us an e-mail and we will be happy to take care of it. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback so that we may resolve your issue. We take customer service very seriously!
