A:All items ship daily, Monday-Friday before noon via USPS Priority Mail WHEN PAYMENT CLEARS PAYPAL. (If you pay by echeck, your payment can take up to 4 days to clear paypal.) Shipment status updates should be available in both Paypal and eBay under our transaction.
Q:Do you accept Money Orders, other forms of payment?

Q:I live nearby, CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP? In-Store pickups?
A:No, sorry. Since we are not an actual brick and mortar store and due to the fact that eBay never closes, we do not operate under normal business hours. All business is handled online only. That said, if you do live nearby, then your item should arrive in about a day barring any delay on the USPS's part. We ship daily, Mon-Fri before noon.
Q:My phone WON'T TURN ON! Why?
A:A) Have you charged it for several hours? Please make sure the charger is inserted firmly and correctly, and is free of debris. B) Are you certain you're pressing the right button? Often, the power button is the red hang-up button, but sometimes it is located on the top of the phone, or elsewhere. Please observe your phone closely to be sure!
Q:DOES THIS AUCTION INCLUDE.... (Charger, Belt Clip, Etc,)??
A:PLEASE READ ALL EBAY AUCTIONS CAREFULLY! We will list everything that is included in the item description under the very large heading 'FREE Accessories Included...' A charger and battery is common. We normally do not include belt clips and holsters. PLEASE READ the auction as there are exceptions. Thank you.
Q:What is the ESN or IMEI number for this phone? Etc...
A:We do not give out ESN or IMEI numbers to avoid fraud, however, All TESTED phones are guaranteed to be fully functional and ready to activate. Presenting a bill of sale (Paypal Receipt) will help the majority of service providers activate phones that are still on someone else's account. If you have trouble with activation, we can replace the phone.
Q:Are the phones you sell NEW?
A:PLEASE READ THE AUCTION DETAILS! It will clearly state whether the phone is new or used in multiple places. In most cases, the phones we sell are USED.
Q:How do I RETURN or EXCHANGE my phone?
A:All TESTED phones come with a 14 DAY WARRANTY that is good from the moment your package arrives. If your item is defective and still under warranty, then please contact us! We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
Q:SHIPPING COSTS? CAN YOU OVERNIGHT MY PHONE? Etc...
A:We charge a USPS Priority Mail flat rate for each item. This includes handling, insurance, and is non-negotiable. For efficiency and sanity purposes, this is the only shipping service we offer at the moment. Thanks!
Q:What CONDITION are your Used phones in? COSMETICS? etc...
A:We do our best to describe our USED phones in the auction under the large heading that reads 'In The Following Condition...' Keep in mind that if the phone is used, then surface wear will be a factor. If cosmetics are an issue for you, then we suggest bidding on New or Refurbished phones. Refunds will NOT be given for cosmetic discrepancies!
Q:SHIPMENT STATUS? I Tracked my package and it says 'Electronic Shipping Information Received. This means the seller has notified USPS to expect your package for delivery, Etc...
A:Technically, USPS Priority Shipments do NOT have tracking numbers. However, since we use Paypal Shipping, the shipment status for the majority of our shipments can be viewed in both eBay and Paypal under our transaction, HOWEVER, it may not update till the package is actually delivered. The Paypal 'Help' section explains this in further detail.
Q:Do you leave FEEDBACK?
A:Yes! :) Positive feedback is left the moment payment clears Paypal. We appreciate your feedback as well! If, for any reason, you feel inclined not to leave positive, please let us know immediately so we can help you.
Q:Do you COMBINE SHIPPING?
A:Yes. eBay should give you the option to do so when you checkout. If you're bidding on multiple items, you will have to wait for each auction to end. We can send a combined invoice as well at your request. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot combine 'Buy It Now' (BIN) orders.
Q:Do you have any actual PICTURES of the phones you are selling? Can you send me an actual photo of the phone?
A:No, We use stock photos provided as a courtesy by eBay. Due to the incredibly high volume of phones we sell on a daily basis, there is simply not enough time, money or resources available to efficiently photograph every single one. The condition of the phone can be found in the auction under 'In the Following Condition...' Thanks for understanding.

A:No, we can only ship to the 48 Continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
