Seller was helpful with my question and shipped immediately. This model I purchased was very well designed for my application, and a great value. There was very slight damage to my cyclone from rough handling in shipping, but it's nothing that I cannot straighten out myself. I would rather take a slight chance that a few dings occur than to spend a fortune on shipping and deal with lots more packaging costs.

Shipping and packaging were both beyond expectations. The package came a week ago but I couldn't set it up until today. Currently using a draft inducer Blower from a 1.5 mil btu Lochinvar boiler that we replaced. It is blowing out the window of a temporary shop setup in the basement. I threw a ton of saw dust and a lot of chips in various sizes at this. From penny sized to dollar bill sized and there is zero debris outside. Everything is in the bucket.
