For booking a Vacation Package with:
Reservation Procedure
1. Choose the package which best suits your needs, book directly or call us toll free at 877-842-4846 to check availability before you purchase if you are concerned.
2. Please use any major credit card to make your payment using the "Pay Now" link, or call us to make payment. We prefer the secured on line site Paypal for your added security.
3. You automatically will be sent to the reservation form from the Paypal link. Please complete the Reservation Form with names of the persons traveling with you and request your travel dates. Once we receive your information we will process the reservation request. If your preferred dates have become unavailable before you are confirmed, you may choose to either:
- Accept an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there is availability
- Choose to receive a full refund once the resort has stated the dates are unavailable
4. You will receive the Tickets for Time, Inc Travel agreement to your e-mail address submitted on the Reservation form, sign it and fax it back to us at 407-281-0505. within than 3 business days. Here is a link to the agreement for you to review.
5. We will e-mail back your Hotel/Resort confirmation voucher with a map and directions, within 3 business days and receipt of your signed travel agreement.
Refund/Return Policy
Please contact us TOLL-FREE to check availability before you purchase, and we will tell you what is currently available. Some dates sell out quickly and unexpectedly. This is why we offer our Full Refund Policy: If your preferred travel dates have become unavailable before you are confirmed, you may choose to either:
- Accept an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there is availability.
- Choose to receive a full refund once the resort has stated the dates are unavailable
Reschedule/Change Dates Policy
Reschedules and cancellations MUST be requested by emailing reservations@ticketsfortime.com with your name and confirmation number (if applicable) before being completed. We will make ONE modification (including name changes) of a confirmed reservation done outside 15 days from arrival date for you for free; any additional date changes or resort switches require a $20 scheduling fee paid to Tickets for Time, Inc. If a confirmed booking is modified, within 15 to 3 days of the arrival date you may be charged an amount equal the first nights regular non-discounted rate. Date changes requested for a date later than 12 months from current date will not be booked. All reservations are subject to hotel availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation done outside 15 days from arrival date you will receive a FULL refund. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, within 15 to 3 days of the arrival date you will be charged an amount equal the first nights regular non-discounted rate. If a confirmed booking is cancelled 3 days or less of the arrival date you will not be refunded any money that you paid for your package.
Failure to re-schedule or cancel prior to check in
Failure to cancel or re-schedule prior to check in will result in the forfeiture of your package and you will not be refunded any money that you paid for your package. This means that if you fail to check in at your resort, or email us before your check in date to notify us of your need to cancel will result in the loss of your reservation, and any money paid for the package.
Additional Charges
Tickets for Time will email your hotel or resort confirmation and directions to you within 3 business days of receiving your reservation information. You will NOT be charged sales tax at the time of purchase. Resort Taxes and user fees are due at check-in, and are typically $8-$15 per night, per room. Standard room deposits are also the responsibility of the guest, and are due at check-in. You will be required to present a credit card deposit on your room to cover long distance phone calls, pay-per-view, and other miscellaneous room charges.
Agreement
Our promotional packages come with certain qualifications & requirements that have to be met by every one of our customers. There are no exceptions to the policies. So to avoid confusion and the possibility of our customers not being fully aware or our policies, we do require every customer to sign an agreement prior to travel as proof of completely understanding the agreement of the qualifications, terms & conditions. You may review an example of the agreement.
You agree that you and your spouse or significant other, will attend a minimum 90 to 120 minute sales presentation during your trip, which includes an explanation of the benefits of vacation ownership. No one is excluded from the tour: however, to be eligible for our promotional vacation offers, you must meet all of the terms including the age, income, marital & all other qualifications including the group travel policies that are associated with the promotional vacation offer you are booking. You understand there is absolutely no obligation to buy. Failure to attend or qualify for the 90 to 120 minute sales presentation during your trip will result in your credit card being charged the non-discounted rate for the entire amount of lodging. Please note that failure to attend the presentation will result in NO tickets. Non-discounted retail rate means the normal nightly rate charged by the resort or hotel. All vacation packages require a credit card be on file with our office.
By booking a vacation with Tickets for Time, Inc., you are hereby agreeing to our refund & cancellation policy, and giving Tickets for Time, Inc. your understood and uncontestable approval to all of the above terms & conditions, including your agreeing to attend the sales presentation during your trip, and to charge your credit card or checking account that we have on file for any charges that may become due to your breach of any of the above terms & conditions. These charges may become due after your trip or after your initial purchase date under the following circumstances:
• You fail to take the resort tour during your trip. This includes your spouse or significant other not attending the tour.
• The resort notifies us that you do not meet the age, income & marital status qualifications at the tour. This will not happen unless you told us you do meet them, but tell the resort that you do not meet them.
• You do not show up to check in or e-mail us to re-schedule before your scheduled check in date.
• The resort notifies us that you are traveling with another family or group of families at the same time at the same resort, where more than 1 family in your group is also staying at the resort in a separate unit on a promotional package booked with us.
If any of the above circumstances occur, you will be charged the applicable fee's as they are outlined in the terms section of this page. By booking a vacation with Tickets for Time, Inc., you are hereby agreeing to be charged according to the above terms & conditions, even after your trip if necessary, and you are giving Tickets for Time, Inc. your understood and uncontestable approval to charge you accordingly.

Tickets for Time is not responsible should a destination become unavailable due to an act of God or any other circumstance outside of our control. Tickets for Time, Inc. will offer an alternative destination in the event such a circumstance occurs or provide a full refund. You are not required to accept alternative accommodations if they are offered.
Tickets for Time, Inc. and the Sponsoring Resort(s) are separate and unaffiliated entities.
This advertising material is for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership (timeshare interests). The complete offering terms must be in an offering plan available from the sponsor.
