You can pay for your purchase through PayPal. At checkout you will be taken to the third-party payment site to complete your purchase and pay for your item.
Our Shipping timelines
Items will typically ship within 1 day of purchase when shipped from our warehouse in Chicago. Items purchased after hours on the weekend or on a holiday will usually ship the next business day. Shipments sent to any street address in the US ship via UPS ground, with delivery typically made in 3 to 5 business days.
While we strive to ship and deliver as fast as possible, these timelines may change on occasion due to high volume sales periods, weather interruptions or due to temporary back-order status. We will make contact within 48 hours of purchase if any of these situations occur, so that you are aware of the status of your order.
Whether you've changed your mind, or simply do not like your item once you receive it, simply e-mail us at email@example.com 7 days of receiving your purchase and include details about the reason for your return.
A return address will be e-mailed to you, along with reference number. Of course, the item must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, with tags still attached so that it can be put back into inventory and resold. (You received this item brand-new with tags, and the next purchaser will want that too, after all!)
The purchase price will be credited back upon return of the brand-new, unused item, in manufacturer's packaging, with tags still attached, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping to/from is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Important note: Requests for return of items that no longer have the original tags, or are being returned after 7 days of receiving your purchase, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping to/from is the responsibility of the purchaser.
