We use the standard "Plain Boxes" from USPS for shipping. We label our packages as gift (unless otherwise instructed) for international shipments. Most importantly, you will find only the name Tug's on the label to help you identifying the package (No one other than yourself can guess the content of the package from the outside!).
Return Policy
