Domestic US Shipping
OUR POLICIES
• We offer FREE Domestic US shipping.
We know you don’t like to be surprised by extra shipping costs, and that’s why we offer FREE Domestic U.S. shipping on almost all of our products! The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping (first class or parcel post), but you can always choose to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail for just $4.95.
• We are known for our speedy shipping!
All items are shipped no later than 2 days from the payment date, but MOST items ship within 24 hours of payment. Many items even ship the same day! If you are anxious to receive your order, we recommend that you choose the Priority Mail upgrade during checkout.
• We ship USPS.
We use USPS to ship your domestic U.S. order. USPS deliveries include Delivery Confirmation, which means that your package is scanned when it is received at the post office, and then again when it’s delivered to your shipping destination.
• We offer Express Mail for faster service.
If you require faster shipping, or door-to-door tracking information, we are happy to offer Express Mail shipping upon request at an additional charge.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Please plan on delivery times being a bit slower during holiday periods, especially during the month of December.

• We ship by US Postal Service.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship your International order. Delivery times are USPS estimates. Sometimes additional delays will occur at your country’s customs department.
PLEASE NOTE: In our experience, the delivery time is generally very close to the estimates provided by USPS below, but is not guaranteed. Delivery times are also slower during postal holidays and during the month of December.
• Tracking numbers are NOT available on all services.
Not all USPS shipping services include tracking! Please take a moment to become familiar with the various shipping service options before completing checkout.

This is generally the least expensive international shipping option. However, it does NOT include any tracking updates.
USPS will scan the item when it is received at the post office on our end, but it will not be scanned or updated again until it has been delivered at its final destination.
For this reason, we do not recommend First Class shipping on items of significant value, simply because they are not as secure without the detailed tracking. |
Priority Mail
Flat Rate Envelope

If an item will fit in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope, that is the typical shipping service we use. However, like First Class shipping, it does NOT include any tracking updates along the way.
It is only scanned at the post office when it’s received for shipping, and will not be scanned again until it is delivered at its final destination.
For this reason, we do not recommend Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping on items of significant value, simply because they are not as secure without the detailed tracking.

This is the full-service, trackable Priority Mail option.
It costs a little bit more than the first two options, but it includes up-to-date tracking along the way, and is more likely to be covered by USPS in the case of loss or theft.

The fastest and most secure of all the USPS shipping options.
Includes complimentary insurance coverage, and full, detailed tracking while in-transit.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION POLICY
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and sellers have no influence or control over these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Items will be shipped with the actual purchase price listed on the customs form. I will not label items as a "gift" or at a lower value than the purchase price -- US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
