• PayPal payments are gladly accepted. You may use PayPal to pay using a credit card, a debit card, or an e-check.
• Your immediate payment is greatly appreciated! Please plan on making payment (or initiating your e-check payment) within 24 hours of purchase.
• Please keep in mind that e-check payments take 3-4 business days to clear through PayPal.
• Purchases by Utah residents are subject to 6.25% sales tax.

Returns & Refunds

• Your satisfaction is our first priority at Tiffany’s Designer Deals! We are pleased to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
• Returned items will be accepted if you notify us first via email, within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning an item. All returned items must be in the new, original, and resalable condition you received them in, with all original tags still attached.
• If you are returning an item, you will receive a refund less a $15 restocking fee to cover our fees, processing time, and the cost of the free shipping you may have received on your original shipment.
• If you’d prefer to exchange an item, the restocking fee will be waived.
• The customer pays for return shipping. Any initial shipping fees are not refundable.
• We make every attempt to be thorough and honest in our descriptions, and if we’ve missed a flaw or defect, please trust that it was simply an oversight on our part! If you have any concerns upon receipt of your item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to reconcile the transaction to your complete satisfaction!

International Shipments

CUSTOMS DECLARATION

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Items will be shipped with the actual purchase price listed on the customs form. We will not label items as a "gift" or at a lower value than the purchase price – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Because we buy multiples of many items, not all items still have ALL the tags attached. Some will be missing partial tags, or may be missing the price portion. Regardless, we guarantee that all items are new with whatever tags came attached to the item upon purchase.
