No, our warehouses are for shipping and distribution only.

Are your products insured during shipping?
Rest assured all our products are fully insured.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We currently do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Can I order by mail or fax ?
Yes you can. We understand that sometimes you would like to purchase products by phone, mail or fax.
For offline ordering we accept All major credit cards and cashiers check and money orders only. We do not accept Personal Checks.

You can download the Credit Card authorization form below and fax or email the document to us with the products and the quantities you would like to purchase.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@timelesselements.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request with the carrier; however, sometimes the carrier will deny the request.
Sales Tax
Items shipped to California are subject to an 8.75% sales tax. Items shipped outside of California will not incur a sales tax charge.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items in your order and serves as your invoice.
